Attached is a list of NPDES Municipal WWTP's that have been flooded by Hurricane Floyd. We anticipate future reports will contain other plants that have been flooded or otherwise seriously damaged. This list is current up to October 11, 1999. DWQ regional staff have been asked to update the lists and these updates will be forwarded as soon as they are available.
